Through diligent child-specific recruitment and aggressive adoption readiness, this recruiter finalized Z’s adoption on March 18. The recruiter also worked with the foster mother to help her with the rejection that she originally experienced from Z. This was truly a match made in heaven and now they are inseparable. They have many similarities and Z was already ingrained in the family unit. During the finalization, Z read a letter to Ms. H professing her love and commutment to her as a daughter. There wasn’t a dry eye in the court room.
